Recently, our company invited teams from Heruimai Materials Technology and Chi Mei Chemical to conduct a specialized administrative briefing. Led by General Manager Lu, representatives from multiple departments attended, exchanging insights on cutting-edge management practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of the company’s administrative, human resources, and logistics operations.

      To further optimize the administrative management system and enhance the precision of logistics and human resources operations, drawing on best practices from the industry, our company recently invited two senior executives—leaders from Herui Mai Materials Technology and Chi Mei Chemical—to visit and deliver a specialized seminar on administrative management. The session was spearheaded by Vice President Lu, with full participation from members of the General Office, the Administrative and Logistics Department, the Human Resources Department, and personnel involved in video production, who engaged in learning, discussion, and knowledge sharing. Across three key areas—administrative digitalization, human resource management, on-site operations and maintenance, logistical services, and corporate culture—the teams conducted in-depth deliberations and exchanged insights, thereby contributing to improved quality and efficiency in the company’s administrative functions.

       At the exchange meeting, two visiting corporate leaders drew on their extensive operational expertise to share a range of practical, replicable management initiatives. In the realm of digital office operations, they focused on hands-on strategies for optimizing OA system workflows, implementing online approval and control mechanisms, and successfully deploying digital office solutions, offering fresh insights to streamline our company’s processes and boost productivity. In the human resources domain, the two leaders provided a detailed overview of standardized HR management practices, exchanging experiences and addressing key issues such as payroll calculation protocols, performance‑evaluation enhancements, and employee personnel record‑keeping, thereby helping our company strengthen the foundation of standardized HR management.
Regarding on-site and logistics management, the guest team systematically shared their experience in implementing 5S-based, routine management, covering detailed practices such as office space organization, standardized on-site control, and daily inspection and supervision. Meanwhile, the three parties engaged in discussions focused on employee service and support, delving into areas like enhancing the quality of employee meals, managing canteen operations, and establishing a closed-loop mechanism for employee suggestion boxes. They also studied the comprehensive workflows employed by leading companies for collecting, addressing, and providing feedback on employee concerns, effectively streamlining channels for employee communication.

 

                           
       In addition, the three parties engaged in interactive discussions on corporate culture development, internal brand communication and promotion, the management of promotional channels, and the cultivation of a positive organizational atmosphere. They explored diversified approaches to communication and outreach, leveraging culture to strengthen team building and enhance both corporate cohesion and employees’ sense of belonging.
This exchange featured comprehensive, practical content that effectively broadened the perspectives of our company’s General Manager Lu, members of the General Management Office, and participants from the Administration & Logistics Department, the Human Resources Department, and the Video Production Team. Moving forward, our company will continue to strengthen communication and collaboration with leading enterprises in the industry, draw on the advanced management practices shared by the two executives, translate these insights into concrete actions, and continuously refine our administrative management, human resources operations, and logistical services—leveraging meticulous management to drive the enterprise’s high‑quality development.
