How to Use Fungicide in Mulch

Fungus is a common concern for many homeowners who are trying to keep their backyards healthy. Though fungus growth is often escalated by damp and shady conditions, you can still remove the fungus from the mulch in your yard with a basic fungicide application. For those unfamiliar with the process, applying the fungicide is straightforward and easy to finish in less than 30 minutes.     Does this Spark an idea?
1、Open the top of a garden sprayer and place a plastic funnel into the opening.
2、Pour the fungicide into the funnel to fill the tank of the garden sprayer. Read the side of the fungicide packaging carefully to see if you need to dilute the fungicide with water. If you need to dilute the fungicide, add the appropriate amount of water as instructed to fulfill the proper fungicide-to-water ratio.
3、Take the funnel out of the opening of the sprayer and replace the top.
4、Cover plants surrounding the fungus in the mulch with drop cloths to protect them from the application.
5、Protect your hands with a pair of rubber gloves and spray the fungicide directly onto the fungus in the mulch. Hold the tip of the garden sprayer about 3 to 4 inches away from the fungus to apply an even coating. You should notice the fungus slowly dying over a weeks times. Re-apply the fungicide to any remaining fungus growth that remains in the mulch after a week.
